Training
A machine that is set up and operated well has less downtime. We train your operators and maintenance staff on the machines you actually work with — at your site or at our premises in Breda.
Knowledge makes the difference on your machine
Two developments come together. Machines are becoming more complex, with more settings and more measured values than ten years ago. And technical staff are scarce, which means that in practice the knowledge about a machine is concentrated within a small group. If that group changes — through turnover, illness or a new shift — knowledge is lost that is not easily replaced.
Training reduces that dependency: more people who understand what the machine is doing, fewer breakdowns caused by operating errors, and a team that can handle day-to-day maintenance itself.
The training is delivered by our own service specialists, or — where the technology calls for it — by a trainer from the manufacturer. We arrange that, agree the programme with you and are there on the day.
Training is available in three forms:
- At your site — on your own machine, with your own material and products.
- At our premises in Breda — in the demo room, away from production pressure.
- With the manufacturer — for in-depth technology on a specific machine series.
What we cover
We tailor the programme to your machinery and to the level of the participants. Recurring topics:
- Operation and setting up — from the basics to fine-tuning process parameters.
- Daily and preventive maintenance — what your own people can do, and how to record it.
- Process and quality — reducing scrap, shortening changeover times, producing consistently.
- Safety — the right way to work around a running machine.
- Fault finding — what you can solve yourself and when to call us.
Requesting a training course
Let us know which machines you work with, who you want to train and what you want to achieve. We will propose a programme, schedule it around your production and arrange the trainer — our own specialist or one from the manufacturer.
If you have a maintenance agreement under the intensive concept, the travel-hour benefit applies to training as well.
