Laser welding in your production line

An integration system consists of a compact welding head and a separate control cabinet. Clamping technology and the workpiece carrier come from the line builder; LPKF supplies the laser, the optics and the process monitoring. After integration with the workpiece carrier the whole meets laser class 1.

InlineWeld 6000 – modular welding head

Voor het lassen van gevoelige componenten en materialen zijn zo laag mogelijke laskrachten nodig. De HiQ P is daar bij uitstek geschikt voor: ook bij gereduceerde kracht levert de machine reproduceerbare, sterke en nauwkeurige lasresultaten.

De intelligente lasprocesbesturing visualiseert alle parameters grafisch. Daardoor is het proces goed te optimaliseren, daalt de afkeur en stijgt de efficiency van uw productie.

The most compact integration machine in the InlineWeld series: a welding head containing optics, scanner and f-theta lens, plus a separate cabinet with laser source and control unit. Suitable for quasi-simultaneous and contour welding.

Clamping technology and the workpiece carrier come from the line builder; LPKF supports the coordination. A flexible adapter plate allows mounting on virtually any production-line interface.

InlineWeld 6200 and 6400 – universal welding head

LPKF InlineWeld 6200 laserlaskop voor integratie

Compact, universally applicable welding head for direct integration into production lines, for smaller components and varying batch sizes. The InlineWeld 6400 is the same system with the larger 150 × 135 mm working field.

The system returns time and joining-path data to the line control for quality assurance. With the optional interface box it also runs stand-alone, without an MES.

The head is supplied with an external control cabinet and mounts to the production line via a flexible adapter plate.

Successor to the InlineWeld 2000: a welding head with a powerful laser source and a rotating arm that guides the beam around a stationary, rotationally symmetrical part. For joining cylindrical components economically and reliably in automated lines.

Besides cylindrical geometries the system handles oval and customer-specific shapes. Press-fit, tapered-fit and bridge joints are possible; the latter two require external force.

InlineWeld 9000 – customer-specific systems

Modular base system for customer-specific configurations: from individual machine elements up to complete robot cells. Intended for production with high variance or an unusual manufacturing environment.

Laser power, clamping configuration and handling are assembled modularly. The system can also be configured as a stand-alone turn-key unit. Application examples include oil pans, microfluidic cartridges and parking brakes.
