EasyInspect — defect detection

EasyInspect examines 100% of the material surface for local defects — from holes, gels and inclusions to scratches, streaks and coating faults. Because the full web is inspected rather than a single lane, even incidental defects are found that would slip through sampling. Every defect is classified and logged with its position, so you know whére in the roll the problem sits — and where it came from.

EasyMeasure — property monitoring

Where EasyInspect looks at individual defects, EasyMeasure continuously monitors the overall properties of the material: coating uniformity and homogeneity, and physical properties such as opacity and reflectance. That means you see a gradually drifting coating thickness or a changing haze level before it turns into scrap — not at the lab check of the next roll.
