Gravimetric batch dosing

In gravimetric batch dosing, each component is accurately weighed and composed in the right proportion before entering the production process. There are 9 standard models with configurations from 2 to 8 components. The entire dosing cycle is automated: via the integrated touchscreen, the operator easily sets the desired dosing percentages per material. Each component is weighed in its own dosing hopper; once the total batch weight is reached, the materials are discharged into the mixer and processed into a homogeneous mixture.
