Gravimetric dosing unitsGravimetric dosing units dose masterbatch, additives and regrind accurately and automatically on injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion machines. A wide range of stainless steel dosing screws in various diameters, combined with the screw profile and the inclined dosing shaft, ensures precise and constant dosing with maximum accuracy and stability. In the gravimetric version, a patented double load cell system — one load cell for dosing, one for extra precision control — continuously monitors the exact weight. Technical features:

Volumetric dosing unitsVolumetric dosing units follow the same robust design, but dose volumetrically — without load cells. Ideal when constant, repeatable volumetric dosing of masterbatch, additives and regrind is sufficient.
