Gravimetric weighing

Gravimetric weighing from iNOEX forms the basis for automating the extrusion line. Hopper weighers — suitable for a wide range of materials — control the weight per metre and the mass throughput based on continuous measurement data and integrated controls. The material to be dosed is measured by one or more integrated load cells, automatically compensating for fluctuations in bulk density. The result is constant production with minimal raw material consumption and consistently high end-product quality. Thanks to easy cleaning and quick product changes, the hopper weighers offer maximum flexibility; operation is via an intuitive user interface.
