Big bag unloaders

The big bag unloader is designed for emptying big bags containing granulate, powder or flakes. The modular, telescopic construction adapts to different bag sizes. For poorly flowing materials (regrind, powders) the unit can be equipped with bag vibrators, bridge breakers and fluidisation systems for a constant, continuous material flow. The SBBC version has an electric hoist for easy loading.

Octabin tilters

The octabin tilter is an advanced solution for efficiently and safely emptying industrial containers such as octabins and gaylords. The system optimises material handling, ensures constant product discharge and reduces manual work.

Octabin tippers

The tipper empties plastic granulate from an octabin into a storage hopper by lifting and tilting the container. This empties the material quickly with a high hourly capacity. The construction is designed for stability and safety throughout the entire cycle and works with level sensors, interlocks and a PLC interface for fully automated process control.

Automatic bag emptying stations

The automatic bag emptying station is developed for processors working with 25 kg bags. A compact, automated solution that optimises the production process. The SVST version has a telescopic arm for a lower installation height, ideal for limited space or specific layout requirements.
