Robotisation

Robotisation is often integrated into injection moulding machines to automate the process of removing moulded parts from the mould and placing them on a conveyor belt or into a container. Robotic injection moulding systems typically consist of an industrial robotic arm with a gripper that is programmed to remove the injection moulded part from the mould and place it in a designated location.
